The service I have received to date has been OK. Because I have pulmonary arterial hypertension I am rather a complex patient. As there is quite a lot of medication I cannot have I usually have to contact Freeman Hospital for advice.

The doctor I saw explained what my hospital results meant and we discussed how I was getting on. My medication was reviewed as well. I felt the doctor understood fully what I was saying and I felt that I had had a very "good conversation" and I left feeling that I had been involved in my healthcare decisions, and was very happy about this.

I find the message on the answerphone very brusque. I understand that some people may be impatient but we shouldn't all be tarred with the same brush. Also confidentiality should be observed on the check in screen
